• We do not create or own third-party AI models accessed through the platform
• Responses are generated by selected AI providers based on your input
• The service may evolve, change, or improve over time

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must provide accurate and up-to-date information
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms

You agree not to misuse the platform. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

• Violating any applicable laws or regulations
• Generating or distributing illegal, harmful, or abusive content
• Attempting to reverse-engineer or exploit the platform
• Interfering with system security or performance
• Using Axyen to infringe intellectual property rights

• AI responses are generated automatically and may be inaccurate or incomplete
• You are solely responsible for how you use AI-generated content
• Axyen does not provide professional, legal, medical, or financial advice
• You should independently verify critical information

• The Axyen platform, branding, and UI are owned by Axyen.ai
• You retain ownership of content you submit to the platform
• By using the service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the service

• Axyen integrates third-party AI providers and services
• We are not responsible for third-party content or services
• Your use of third-party services is subject to their own terms and policies

• We strive to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access
• Maintenance, updates, or outages may occur
• We are not liable for service interruptions or data loss

• You may stop using Axyen at any time
• We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated
• Upon termination, your right to access the service ends immediately
